Property valuation

Our professional valuers’ will give vendors a property valuation supported with details of local comparable  properties, followed by immediate action to find the right purchaser at the optimum price - one who is able to complete within your desired timeframe.

Going to Market

Once you are happy to proceed and you instruct us to market your home, we create draft property particulars using high quality professional photographs and floor plans.  Once property details are approved we add these to our website and list with all the major property portals including Rightmove, Primelocation and Zoopla as most buyers will begin their search online.  We also have a strong presence on social media channels creating excitement and interest as well as visibility through office window displays.

Negotiating your sale 

We negotiate hard on behalf of the vendor to achieve the best price.  Once the vendor is in a position to accept an offer we will close a sale with the buyer - who is ready and able to proceed.

Sales progression

Once the sale is agreed we will issue a Memorandum of Sale which records the particulars of the sale along with details of seller, buyer and respective solicitors, plus any conditions relevant to the sale.  Our sales consultant then works with vendor and the buyer providing guidance to help facilitate exchange and completion.

Viewings

We offer buyers the opportunity to go on an accompanied viewing anytime between 9am-8pm Mondays to Fridays and from 10am-4pm on Saturdays.   We always give you viewing feedback too – within 24 hours of an appointment - by phone or email whichever you prefer.
