Meet the Team

Robert Paul

Lettings Manager

Kennington Office

Born in England, Robert lived in Switzerland from the ages of 1–24. He still considers himself English, but also talks of home being Switzerland. His upbringing – which included going to an international school in Switzerland – meant he was fortunate enough to grow up surrounded by different cultures and languages, a perfect background for working in London’s brilliantly diverse rental market.

With patience and honesty his two greatest strengths, Robert also has a great work ethic and works well under the pressure – the perfect attributes to cope with the incredibly busy lettings market in South London.

“Nil satis nisi optimum”- Latin for nothing but the best is good enough”

Away from work, the achievement he is most proud of is becoming a qualified ski instructor, which once involved climbing about 100m back up a ski hill to help a student get their ski back on.

A massive fan of Everton FC, he enjoys playing football and tennis in his spare time, and can always call on his family for advice and support.

Likes: Playing football and tennis.

Hates: Annoying noises, traffic and being late

Favourite Restaurant: Bucci Italian restaurant, Balham

Favourite Bar: The Dickens Inn, St Katherine Docks
