Lloyd Newton-Cross

Lettings Manager

Balham Office

Originally from Cardiff, Lloyd joined our busy Balham office as a lettings manager having been promoted from within. He’s been with us for three years, firstly as a negotiator in Kennington and then as a senior negotiator in our City office.

Using his ability to listen and his hard-working, polite, caring demeanour to get the job done, he is happy to go above and beyond to help clients out – in fact, he once helped a new tenant move their sofa into a flat.

“I take pride in giving good customer service.”

He came to the role with customer service experience having managed a pub in the past. He cites his parents as his main mentors and has ambitions to be the top Atkinson McLeod office manager for the year – along with the slightly more outlandish personal goal of going to Mars!

Passionate about anything to do with Welsh sport, he is particularly interested in the exploits of Cardiff’s various teams (football, rugby and ice hockey).
