We offer a complete property management solution for landlords who opt for our Fully Managed service ensuring professional property management from the point of instruction to when the tenant moves out – this not only includes finding a tenant and collecting rent but also managing the day to day tenant contact and liaising with contractors to efficiently manage the maintenance of the property.
Our experienced team can help guide you through current legislation – such as government required gas safety or Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) – and will continually recommend best practice standards in the private-rental sector.
All our property management team are fully trained – or in training – with the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) or with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) – so landlords and tenants are confident we’ll provide exceptional service levels when it comes to property management – including prompt rent collection, credit control, vetting of contractors and building relationships with tenants and suppliers. Property services, led by company director Nick Crook, includes finance, inspections and relationship management. Relationship Managers oversee the management of properties on our Fully Managed service dealing with issues that may arise and arranging repairs. Inventories and inspections are responsible for pre/post occupancy inventories, organising regular inspections and preparing detailed landlord reports. Accounts ensure all finance transactions with tenants and suppliers for each tenancy run smoothly from start to finish.
