The process was quite fast and efficient so Matt is a very good agent. However the flat we moved into was not cleaned properly as we agreed to, there are some other technical problems with the flat (heating does not work, loose shelves etc) and it takes ages for the agency to sort them out which we are not pleased about. It is not Matt's fault since he does not deal with the tenants after signing the contract. read less
