By delaying the launch of Home Information Packs (HIPs) until August 1, the Government has done most estate agents a big favour, says Dan McLeod, a director at London estate agent Atkinson McLeod.

Andrew Groocock, formerly a Sales Consultant at London-based estate agent Atkinson McLeod, has been promoted to Sales Manager of the City Office. He has taken over from Shane Jackson, who is now overseeing all of the company’s sales arms.
