The successful Sales Negotiator will be responsible hitting business targets and meeting customers needs.
Atkinson Mcleod expect high levels of customer service and budget performance
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven track record of sales
- Knowledge of the mortgage and insurance industry
- Business development skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Motivation, drive and determination
- A full clean driving licence and be a car owner
Key responsibilities and activities will include:
- Responsibility to increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets
- Responsibility for retaining and developing staff
- Setting and reviewing performance standards
- Implementing agreed business plans
- Valuing, listing and selling properties
- Maintaing a compliant business
