We recruit based on potential rather than experience, and have a policy of promoting from within (most of our Branch Managers joined as Sales or Lettings Consultants), so with strong performance there’s every chance you’ll be able to rise through the ranks quickly.
Our training and development
We see our people as our greatest asset so we put significant emphasis on our training and development programmes, investing in our people and supporting their growth to achieve industry-recognised qualifications.
Formal and informal coaching and support will be given from a comprehensive induction programme for all new joiners, followed by formal training led by expert external trainers, and coaching from our Company Directors, who have 40 years of experience between them.
With strong performance recognised through annual performance appraisals, and on completion of the training programme, you can expect to achieve promotion to Senior Sales or Lettings Consultant, with an enhanced basic and commission package after approximately 12 months with the company.
Management training follows for those employees progressing to become Sales or Lettings Managers.
